Periodic Special Boundary Conditions

          I need to apply the following boundary conditions for a Homogenization method using a Representative Unit Cell (RUC) approach. The difference between displacements of opposite sides of the cell must be constant and equal to the average strain multiply by the distance between sides. It would be similar to the periodic boundary condition built-in plus an added constant.
          
          
u_(i+1)-u_(i)=Avg(eps_j)*l
          
I am not able to apply this boundary condition nor find information on the forum. Any help is appreciated.
