'Undefined function value' in Semiconductor module

Hi, I'm using the MOSFET example from the Application Library and I would like to know its behavior at cryogenic temperature (around 4 K for liquid helium). At low temperatures the solution no longer converges, returning the error message 'Predicted solution guess leads to undefined function value'. Does anyone have a suggestion for troubleshooting this?
I also tried going into Equation View and setting all variables related to 'thermal diffusion' to zero as an approximation, but that doesn't make a difference.
