How to define absolute tolerances for two or more dependant variables

Hi.. I make some Motor simulations in Matlab connected to Comsol, and I do not know how to define different absolute tolerances for dependant variables Az and Im in time-dependant function;
It should go, as I thought, like this:
fem.sol = femtime(....,'atol',Az 1e-3 lm1 10,.....);
but it does not work ...
Any help will be appreciated.
