Hello,everyone,
I 'm doing a new kind of capacitive ultrasonic transducer using Comsol. Now I want to use emi physics field to get the electromechanical coupling coefficient. I use the 2D axisymmetric and set some conditions, but I can't get the result of the electromechanical coupling coefficient, especially the 1D plot of it. Socould anyone can give me some suggestions please? Thank you!
