Model up-scaling problems

Hello ,
I used comsol model for dialysis , and tried to modified it for my needs.
I applied a counter flow, which worked well. when I tried to upscale the model , It started to give rubbish.
I calculated the permeate velocity prefactor for this length, and changed the axial coordinate scale factor.
I wish to have 1mm width inner radius and 10 cm long.
No succsess, does anyone has an idea where do I go wrong?
I attached my model , and comsol manual for this model.
