Source and destination function in General Extrusion Operator

Hi All I want to define General Extrusin Coupling from acurveto aregion. The source is a curve (PRQ) and destination is the region (ABC-PRQ). Can someone help to define Source fuction and destination function? The figure of the geometry is attached.
Note: The co-ordinates of points A, B, C and P, Q, R are not fixed.
