Hello! Under the component-plasma-metal contact node, I want to set a voltage on the metal contact boundary. I tried to set a constant value that can be calculated normally. Now I want to set the voltage to a sinusoidal scan voltage. How should I set it? The methods I have tried cannot be calculated normally. thank you for reading! I look forward to your guidance.
