Moving rotor in permanent magnet generator

Dear all,
I'm using dxf files geometries to define rotor and stator of permanent magnet generator and import them to Comsol 4.2
I have some difficulties in time steping study with moving rotor
Is there a documentation that explain this in relation to the geometry or some one can explain
