Is there anyway to control the particle position in the inlet condition with number?

example,

x = 50-950um (50um apart)
y= 5300um
z=-50um

It sounds like you need to use the "Release from Grid" feature instead of "Inlet". This allows you to specify a grid for the initial position of the particles.
