Convergence error

I am repeatedly getting an error that the solution is not converging. This is more prominent near the resonant frequency. Can you help me? I am using solid mechanics and conducting frequency domain analysis.

Hi,

Since you have the problem around the resonant frequencies, a probable cause is that you have too low damping, so that the response is extremely large.
