symmetry conditions

I am trying to simulate a vibrating membrane.The membrane is a square so i am trying to use symmetry and solve it.I could apply symmetry to the membrane but cant do it for the sphere or air domain enclosing the sphere.
I did perform the simulation without applying symmetry conditions and the results don't look same.
