How to find pressure drop in a micro rectangular pipe(silicon) ?

I am new to COMSOL. I have to find the pressure drop. The parameters are width is 0.3mm and the length of the pipe is 40mm. The liquid is water and the inlet pressure is for example 100bar. i had designed the pipe and given the inlet pressure but couldn't find the pressure drop at the outlet. can someone help me out and let me know what and where i am doing wrong ?

Hello Ramanathan,
Typically these kinds of models are set up by specifying a velocity profile (or flow rate) at the inlet and setting the outlet to a gauge pressure. When the model's run, the difference between the pressure at the inlet and the pressure at the outlet is your pressure drop.
