Eigen Frequency from Extracted Stiffness and Mass Matrices

Hi,
I need to check if the eigen frequency for my extracted mass and stiffness values are same from theoretical results.
Can any one help?
im extracting the MA.K and MA.E and using it with in Livelink MATLAB with function eigs(MA.K,MA.E,4,'sm') to extract first 4 modes with smallest magnitude.
